Today is Simcoe Day, we celebrate John Graves Simcoe, the first Lieutenant Governor of Upper Canada (eventually Ontario). He did a lot to make Ontario and Canada the country that it is today. He even abolished slavery in Upper Canada (by 1810 there were no slaves in UC).

5:30 usually, that way it gives Colin some extra time in case he finds a ‘surprise’ while feeding piggies 🙂 It’s a yummy recipe and easy to do.
