Chilly start to the morning today, it’s only -2C. Got to head out to the vet soon for Daisy to have her surgery. Ella thinks we should let Daisy have puppies, that is until I remind her how hard it is to find homes for the extra barn kittens.
Finally found Ella some skates, so now we can arrange with friends to skate in Pembroke. Ella is very excited.

What’s going on over at I’m an Organizing Junkie
do you freeze your holiday baking? Blessed week to you!
Hi Elizabeth, I start holdiay baking (cookies mostly) in December. Some of the cookies are actually better if made ahead and stored (hidden from husband). The rest go in the freezer. Sometimes I will make the dough ahead and freeze that, then roll and bake later.
You are very organized, I’m so impressed that you are thinking about Holiday baking already! 🙂
Nice menu! I love chowder! Mmmm it’s great for fall when it’s cold 😀
