Well, we certainly got our first big snow of 2014! I’m not sure how much we got last night (including freezing rain). Must be about 8 inches, maybe more.
It’s hard to get a picture to show you all how much snow is piling up around here.
Colin has spent the entire day shoveling roofs.
This is the shortest roof Colin has to clear.
I forgot to share Colin’s finished sweater. It fits him great. The sleeves are a little long, but I can just tack up the cuff part and they are perfect. Now I have to sew in all the ends.
LOVE the sweater! Gorgeous … and the snow … how wonderful. We’re just supposed to have amazingly cold weather (with no snow in the forecast!). Bummer.
Thanks! The cold is why Colin did all of the barn roofs today (8 hours) instead of just some of them. He wanted to get them done while it was ‘warm’.
We have no snow in the forecast all week, which I’m not disappointed with. I don’t envy your husband shoveling off all that snow … what a chore! The sweater is beautiful (I hope that’s ok to say about a man’s sweater). I prefer longer sleeves to keep my wrists & hands warm.
