TARDIS Hat
Size: when made to gauge hat fits a men’s average (24 inch)
Gauge: 4.5 st per inch
Needles:4.5 mm -circular and double-pointed
Yarn: worsted in grey, black, cream and ‘police box blue’
With grey, cast on 88st and join in the round. Work one inch K2, P2 rib.
Increase: K11, M1 to end of round (96 st)
Work one row plain with grey.
Then work checkerboard pattern (row 1 to 6) with the cream and black.

Now work one row plain in cream. Then work the TARDIS pattern (rows 1 to 11) in cream and blue.

Work one row plain in cream.
Then work the checkerboard pattern again, in cream and black.
Work one row plain in grey.
Then start your decreases as follows, working even rows plain:
Row 1: K 10, K2tog, repeat around
Row 2: knit plain
Row 3: K9, K2tog, repeat around
Row 5: K8, K2tog, repeat around
Row 7: K7, K2tog, repeat around
Row 9: K6, K2tog, repeat around
Row 11: K5, K2 tog, repeat around (48 sts left on needles)
Now you want to work the decrease row every row, until only 8 stitches remain. Cut yarn and draw through the remaining stitches. Finish off your ends.

Your charts do not print with the pattern on them
I can’t find the checker board or TARDiS patterns??
