Yarn Along this week and I’ve been sucked back into Ella’s afghan. It’s such an addictive thing to knit.
It’s coming along nicely, though I’m glad I’m not keeping track of cost. It’s sideways on the bed so you can see most of it (until Ella decided to get in on the action). On the bed the right way and I’m about half-finished. It looks great if I do say so myself.
I’ve pulled out The Homemade Pantry: 101 Foods You Can Stop Buying and Start Making to read up again. Since life is going to be slower this summer without Market I want to start trying the recipes in here. They all (almost) sound so yummy.
What a riot of colour. Very pretty, and a labour of love.
Stunning, a truly beautiful work of art and full of love.
It looks like Ella loves her beautiful afghan.
Nice afghan! 🙂 I hope the cooking goes well! I am trying to get used to it again myself.
